WHAT’S SHROOM BEACH?

Welcome to Shroom Beach. The world is waking up to the beauty of psychedelics and we are here to celebrate that with you. Every month we pool our earnings and donate 10% of the profits to the Psychedelic Institute.

WHAT'S PSYCHEDELIC INSTITUTE?

DO YOU HAVE WHOLESALE PARTNERS?

Yes, we actually work with select cafe and markets that we feel could best represent our brand and serve our customers really well. If you are interested in our wholesale program, please reach out to hello@shroombeach.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS "RETURNED TO SENDER"?

Couriers return a package if the address is deemed insufficient. If you provide an address that is considered as such by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility or fulfillment center. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?

If you have a shroombeach.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page under recent orders. If you checked out as a guest, you can email us at hello@shroombeach.com and we’d be happy to provide you an update.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

This will depend on the items in your order. If you ordered a pre-ordered item, we will ship it based on the timeline we suggested on the product page. We do have items that can be fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, while others like sweatshirt and hoodies can take a couple of days. Please contact our support team at hello@shroombeach.com to get more information about your order's status.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. We have products, like the graphic tees, that can be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. If fulfillment (i.e. production) has started, we won't be able to cancel the order. We advise you to contact us immediately at hello@shroombeach.com and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER ITEM?

If you have paid for a pre-ordered item but have changed your mind about the purchase — you can request a refund. We can issue refunds as long as the request is made before the item is shipped or within 15 days of purchase.

I FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER; CAN I MAKE A CHANGE BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.
